3rd Prize for schneider+schumacher

schneider+schumacher, together with GTL Landscape Architects have won third prize in a 2017 competition for the "Neureut Zentrum III".

The jury especially admired the design of the boundaries to the newly built up area, which correlate with the scale and grain of the existing fabric. They also commented positively on the project’s small-scale courtyards, which help to promote "micro-neighbourhoods".
