Planning permission submitted for lakeside living.

Last Friday, planning permission for 150 high-end owner-occupied apartments was submitted to the Klagenfurt municipal authorities. The lakeside living project won first prize in a competition in 2016.

Building work is due to start in the second half of 2018. Prior to that, the existing buildings on the former ÖDK site will need to be demolished.
