schneider+schumacher at MIPIM

Once again this year, schneider+schumacher will be presenting their office at the property trade fair MIPIM in Cannes. Till Schneider and Christian Simons will be showcasing projects at Stand R.7.G38/18 from 13 – 16 March. Among these is the project “kap”, a concept designed for a new area in Offenbach harbour, which was the winning entry in an investors’ competition. It comprises workspaces, a hotel, a fitness studio, gastronomy, parking, leisure activities and opportunities for relaxation. The project’s working group consists of the Gustav Zech Stiftung and Deutschen Wohnwerte, in collaboration with schneider+schumacher, who are responsible for the urban planning and architectural design, plus landscape planners Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl.

A total of 29 architects and engineering offices from Germany will be present at the German Pavilion, organised by NAX (Netzwerk Architekturexport), with the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy as sponsors.
