“Architecture in special locations”

The exhibition looks at various approaches to historic buildings, housing for the future, and other current concerns in building. From 18 – 31 January, outstanding examples of architecture from all over the world will be presented at the second largest university in South America, the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago de Chile. Fourteen internationally renowned architects – including schneider+schumacher – are contributing projects to the exhibition that demonstrate their varying approaches.

The exhibition dates back to the series of events entitled "Heidelberg Castle Talks – Talking about Architecture", which has taken place twice a year since 2011 by the initiative Heidelberger Schlossgespräche. The exhibition receives support from the Ministry of Arts and the State Department of Property and Construction Baden-Württemberg.
