Topping-out ceremony with a big hoo-ha

Last Friday, a topping-out ceremony took place in the "Quartier Zentral" in St. Pölten, Austria; a residential project located at the centre of the city’s so-called ‘Health District’. This marks the completion of the shell construction for 49 ‘max.living’ design apartments in Maximilianstrasse and the 77 affordable apartments for rent in the adjoining Kerensstraße, designed by schneider+schumacher’s Vienna office. The apartments are due to be completed by July 2018.

The Viennese real estate developer CORAG and the investors Semper Constantia Immo Invest and VBV – Vorsorgekasse are reportedly extremely pleased with the very punctual topping out ceremony, which also represents an important milestone in the overall development of the district.
