Topping-out ceremony at Adlershof

At the future headquarters of Allianz in Berlin a topping-out ceremony took place on September 11, one year after breaking ground on site. Located at the entrance to the Adlershof technology park, Allianz Campus Berlin is under construction on a 27,000 m² site on the Rudower Chaussee. The office complex designed by schneider+schumacher will comprise 60,000 m² of office space – distributed over three buildings each with five floors, and connected by two pedestrian bridges over Merlitzstrasse. The building is due to be completed by late 2018 and handed over to the tenant in the spring of 2019.

The building concept and project development was jointly conceived by FOM Real Estate and Corpus Sireo. A time-lapse film by FOM Real Estate, Corpus Sireo and the general contractor Ed. Züblin AG follows on-site construction from the start through to the completion of the shell:
