Update from DOXX

At the beginning of May, the building application for the residential project DOXX was submitted to the City of Mainz. The construction of the building – which was planned by schneider+schumacher conjointly with bb22 – with the double X-design and a golden façade, shall begin this year. The completion of the six-storey building with an underground car park and a total of 168 apartments at Mainz Customs Port is scheduled for the end of 2019.

The real-estate company Pandion AG is now starting to sell the apartments. With an area of ​​at least 36 square meters, they have room heights of no less than 2.75 meters, generous, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, which allow a broad outside view. The apartments which are placed in the peaks of the double X-shaped building, have a special floor plan due to their curves in the living area, and they are equipped with two balconies.

Those who are interested can get information about the DOXX in the Showroom, which is located at the customs port 3-5, on Sundays between 1 and 4 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5 to 6 pm.
