Future questions and perspectives for architecture and urban planning

Today the Mini-Symposium „Future question and perspectives for architecture and urban planning“ takes place in Karlsruhe in the course of the Architecture Days 2016. The effects of climate change, migration, refugee crisis and technological and economic developments embody new challenges for architecture as well. On this occasion Joachim Wendt, managing director of schneider+schumacher, will give a lecture on current urban planning projects including the resource- and low land-take residential building project Knielingen 2.0. The event starts at 6:00 PM at the Architekturschaufenster in Karlsruhe.
