The schneider+schumacher team...

This year’s summer office outing took place in sunshine and warm weather, and in a great atmosphere. First stop was the Autobahn Church Siegerland on the A45, a project that has won the office multiple awards. After the visit and a short description of how the project came into being, the team hiked some ten kilometres to Würgendorf. There the Hering family – who initiated the Autobah Church – served refreshments in their house on the hill. Back in Frankfurt, the day wound down with a party in the Instituto Cervantes garden. Some years back, schneider+schumacher renovated and reinterpreted this building – formerly the ‘America House’ – for the Spanish cultural institute.
