1st prize in Augsburg for WES and schneider+schumacher

The design for the westside of the main Station in Augsburg by WES LandschaftsArchitektur and schneider+schumacher StädteBauProjekte GmbH & Co. KG was awarded 1st prize.
The draft proposes a new generous court where in near future the tramway will come out of the tunnel. Two bicycle parking garages line the tunnel exit. At the southern end of the court arises a building complex with restaurants and shops.
