A new bridge for Offenbach

Today the new pedestrian bridge in Offenbach was opened. The bridge links the quarter "Nordend" with the harbour island, which was used in the 1950s as oil storage for lakers. In addition to Mayor Horst Schneider, Daniela Matha (director of "Mainviertel Offenbach GmbH & Co. KG) and Markus Eichberger (chief of the Office for City Planning) architect Kai Otto from schneider+schumacher was present.

The road Bridge will be opended next year.
