European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Award 2015

The Autobahn Church Siegerland was just nominated for the "European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award 2015". Further projects by schneider+schumacher have been nominated in the past years: the Info-Box, Braun Headquarters as well as the Cubus Hotel and Office Building. The Museum Soviet Special Camp Nr. 7/Nr. 1 made it to the shortlist in 2003 and the Städel Museum in 2013, which has been touring through Europe since then on a travelling exhibition.
