Green Valley

Three high-rise buildings designed by schneider+schumacher are currently under construction in Jinhua Green Valley. Following the start of construction two years ago, the structural work on the three buildings is now largely complete and work on the façades has begun. schneider+schumacher’s design for the three high-rise buildings proved successful in the international competition for Jinhua Green Valley – a new quarter that forms part of Jinhua’s “Central Innovation District”. All three buildings are scheduled to be ready for occupation in 2027.

The tallest tower will be 200 metres high and will house a hotel on the upper floors and office space on the lower floors. It is flanked by two office towers, each 100 metres high. The design is characterised by a series of interlocking structures with projections and niches. From the roof gardens, views open out onto Jinhua’s landscape, shaped by mountains and rivers, which are reflected in the façades of the high-rise buildings.
