Lakeside Living III

The “Lakeside Living III” project is currently under construction in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, comprising a total of 173 owner-occupied flats – designed by the Vienna office of schneider+schumacher on behalf of Riedergarten Immobilien. The construction phase comprises two tower blocks arranged slightly offset from one another and a terraced house. The structural work on the terraced house – and thus the last of the three buildings – is now nearing completion. The façades of the two tower blocks are already almost finished: the colour scheme in warm earth tones is already visible, the first balcony railings have been installed and the interior fit-out work is in full swing. Construction work began in February 2025, and the flats are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in summer 2027.

The three new buildings are situated in the immediate vicinity of the four tower blocks from the “Lakeside Living II” development phase, which was completed in 2021 – also designed by schneider+schumacher.
