Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC)

The Architectural Society of Shanghai China (ASSC) serves as a professional association and networking platform for experts from the construction and architecture industry in the region, promoting innovation and architectural culture in Shanghai and beyond. The organization has now established its own expert committee dedicated to the architecture of research buildings.

We are delighted that our partner Nan Wang has been appointed academic advisor to the committee and that our colleague Sun Di has been appointed as a member of the committee. They bring expertise in this field: the Hetao Innovation Center in Shenzhen, designed by schneider+schumacher, is a research building that provides space for laboratories and offices, as well as exhibition areas, conference rooms, and leisure facilities for informal exchanges. The holistic design approach marks the transition to a new, integrated generation of research buildings.
