Seenah Wohnen III
In Klagenfurt, the ‘Seenah Wohnen III’ project is currently underway, creating 173 condominiums in the immediate vicinity of the Westbahnhof railway station and Wörthersee recreational area. Designed by schneider+schumacher’s Vienna office on behalf of Riedergarten Immobilien, the construction phase consists of two individual blocks, slightly offset from one another, plus a linear terrace that acoustically shields the entire residential area from the Südbahn railway line.
Construction work started February 2025 and is currently in full swing. The shell of the two eight-storey blocks is almost complete, and the floor slab for the terraced block has already been poured. All the three buildings are predominantly south-west facing, and apartments on the upper floors offer fantastic views of the Karawanken mountains and Lake Wörthersee. The buildings under construction are located close to four of the 2nd phase individual blocks also designed by schneider+schumacher and completed in 2021.
