Wild Garden – Living on Rosenhügel

Each year, the City of Vienna awards accolades to particularly innovative, inspiring, and exemplary buildings located in urban areas. This year, our ‘Wild Garden – Living on Rosenhügel’ project has been selected as one of the award winners and is therefore included in the ‘gebaut’ exhibition organised by Municipal Department 19, the government office responsible for architecture and urban design. The exhibition opened in mid-June. For the award-winning projects please visit: https://www.wien.gv.at/stadtplanung/ausstellung-gebaut-projekte-2024

The project has also been added to the klima:aktiv buildings database. Initiated by the Austrian Federal Ministries for Climate Protection, Energy, and Mobility, this database has been set up to document sustainable building projects. Click here for our project entry: klimaaktiv-gebaut.at.
The Wild Garden project designed by our Austrian office team consists of 14 buildings constructed out of durable, ecological materials, forming blocks of different heights and offering a total of 157 flats.
